Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYAssist the physician with procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory under the direction of the Clinical Director and Medical Director of the Lab. Duties include sterile scrub techniques, EMR documentation and circulating. The CVT must respond to emergency cardiac procedures as outlined in the department's policy for STEMI patients. The CVT is responsible for ongoing continued education as it relates to advances in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures.
