To perform the work necessary to process an accurate and efficient hospital patient registration and secure the necessary supporting documentation. Responsibilities: Prioritizes the accurate identification of all patients, committing to using precise approaches in order to verify patient identity and assure the proper matching and/or creation of the patient record.
