Principal Accountabilities:Direct Patient Care: Assists physician and patient during visit. Assess reason for visit and informs MD prior to visit Ensures that all labs are charted in advance or at the time of visit Assesses vital signs and overall wellbeing of patient, communicates with MD Under the direction of the physician, conducts patients visits to do medication adjustments Advocates for patients, family member In collaboration with MD develops patient care plans and communicates with families.
