Home Health Aide
Responsible for providing patient care for elderly, convalescent, or specially challenged people in patient's home. Accompanies ambulatory patients outside home, serving as a guide, companion, and aide. Obtains household supplies, runs errands, and visits several households to provide daily health care to patients. Maintains records of health condition of the patient and the services performed.Principal Accountabilities:1. Changes bed linens, washes and irons patient's laundry, and cleans patient's quarters. 2.
