JOB SUMMARY Assists the Laboratory Supervisor in achieving efficient Laboratory operation by performing clinical tests and assuming limited administrative functions. Supports laboratory testing services by performing specimen collection and processing, quality control and maintenance functions and results reporting and verification. Participates in training and in-service programs to maintain and upgrade competency at the level required by the Supervisor as procedures are changed or added.
