The Chief of Surgery clinical responsibilities include provision of care in specialty of his/her certification, providing consultative surgery evaluation and management services and surgical services consistent with the ambulatory status of the Wilmington VAMC. The Surgical Service is comprised of surgical specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Anesthesia, Optometry, and Podiatry. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement.
