Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part-Time Social Worker (MSW) at Overlook Medical Center in Health Start Administration. This is a 22.5 hour/week position working 9 am - 5 pm. No weekends or holidays are required.

• Works with the OB/GYN and Pediatric Healthstart team in identifying patients' psychosocial problems and developing practical solutions criteria participate in weekly team conferences.
• Keeps timely progress notes and documents regularly as required for healthstart clinic in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
• Provides clinical services and resources to address specialized psychosocial and treatment needs.
• Care coordination.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• MSW required or a related field

License/Certifications:

• Current MSW licensure required

Relevant Experience:

• 2-3 years of prior experience in hospital/ambulatory setting preferred
• Bilinugal (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
