SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for coordinating the transactions and communication pertaining to all off-campus ambulatory real estate. Primary duties include maintaining detailed records of lease-related documents and associated tenant responsibilities; corresponding with tenants, landlords, property management companies and associated vendors; ensuring the prompt and accurate payment of all lease-related financial obligations; facilitating approval and signature of leases and related legal documents; and working with supply chain, accounts payable and finance to process landlord and vendor payments for ambulatory real estate and building projects.
Bachelor's degree required
Three (3) years of experience in Real Estate, Legal, or finance/accounting required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
General knowledge of commercial facility lease agreements, estoppel certificates, SNDA's (Subordination, Non-Disturbance, and Attornment Agreement), and commercial insurance certificates
Preferred Microsoft Office proficiency: Outlook-Intermediate, Word-Intermediate, Excel-Intermediate, PowerPoint-Basic, Access-Basic
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
