DescriptionThe Division of Pharmacy of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) is seeking a staff pharmacist to fulfill the following responsibilities: Patient review, counseling and onboarding for all new specialty therapies (full initial counseling and administration training) Obtaining/reviewing prior authorization and assisting with appeals on the prescriber's behalf when needed.
