Director, Ambulatory Care - MSK Monmouth

We are seeking candidates for the D irector, Ambulatory Care position based in Monmouth, New Jersey. Reporting to the Senior Director, Ambulatory Care, you will be responsible for the aspects of the operational, technical, fiscal, and human resources of this highly complex Ambulatory Care site.

You will:

• Guide and coordinate Financial Management activities related to operating and capital expenses along with all related budget processes.
• Employ a strategic mindset with a focus on exemplary customer service to support the highest quality patient experience while ensuring a supportive and safe physical environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain cost-effectiveness through efficacious prioritization, supervision of management and non-clinical support staff, and facilitation of efficient and responsive flow of patients, information, and materials.
• Champion a team approach to drive results, vision and purpose, in a highly matrixed organization for both daily work functions as well as performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate the Senior Director, Physician Leadership, Hospital Administration, and MSKCC clinical staff and departments to plan and execute strategies for growth and program improvement.
• Serve as main site contact to external entities (vendors, local organizations, partner hospitals, etc.)

You have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an MHA, MBA, MPH preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in a dynamic, complex healthcare setting.
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience.
