You Will:

Work within an expanding Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model

Assume responsibility for the nursing management of patientsprimarily in the Hepatology service with rotations through the other gastroenterology ambulatory care practices

Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with medical managementof ambulatoryHepatology/GIpatients

Perform outpatient assessment and offer patient and family education

Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up

You Need:

New York State RN license and BSN

A minimum of 2 years of related experience strongly preferred

A minimum of 2 years of oncologyOR Hepatologyexperience preferred

Strong medicine/surgery assessment skills

Related ambulatory oncology experience

BCLS

Hours

8am-6pm, Monday - Friday
