A well-established group, which is part of a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Western Colorado, is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their growing team and assume the medical director role within the practice. This position offers a great work life balance with the ability for a broad scope of practice including ambulatory care, emergency medicine, and limited inpatient work - all while being in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The schedule would be Monday - Friday with no weekend call and a four day work week (3 clinic days and low volume ER shift).

The Opportunity:

Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 - $300,000.

Robust student loan repayment program that will pay your monthly loan bill.

Up to $10,000 for relocation and temporary housing.

A 10% sign-on bonus (from the negotiated base salary).

Full ancillary support plus physical and occupational therapy on site.

Low patient volumes and acuity (expect to see 16 patients in the clinic and 0-10 in the ER).

Four day work week.
