Austin Oaks Hospital is seeking a qualified, positive and energetic candidate for the Evening IOP Therapist employment opportunity.

AUSTIN OAKS HOSPITAL is an 80 bed acute psychiatric hospital offering inpatient services to Adult, Adolescents, and Children.  The 13-acre, oak-lined campus in South Austin also includes outpatient services for Adults and Adolescents. Austin Oaks Hospital is located in South Austin just 10 minutes from downtown. Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is one of the nation's largest and most respected health care management companies, operating through its subsidiary acute care hospital, behavioral health facilities and ambulatory centers nationwide.

The therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to meet caseload requirements. Therapist responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Responsible for developing and writing treatment plans and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats.

- Is a liaison with other disciplines, colleagues, physicians, families, and outside agencies.

- Responsible for assessing, designing, structuring, and implementing therapeutic services that best meets the needs of patients and their families. 

- Working collaboratively as a treatment team member.
